1. Neighborhood Garage Sale on Saturday, October 20^th. Sign to go out mid week. 2 more signs to go out on corners of Glade and Precinct Line and Glade and Hurstview Saturday morning only. Decided no ad in paper.

2. Trees and wall repair on hold at this time. Next step will be to form a small committee to research options and costs and present to HOA board.

3. Website is up and running. To be used as communication tool between HOA board and homeowners at large. Thank you to David Cole for all his assistance. More to come!

4. No financial report - Tonya Donaldson unable to attend. We will have a financial update next meeting, but no funds have been used.

5. Most of the meeting time was spent discussing mineral rights and urban drilling. We are forming a neighborhood alliance with adjacent HOAs to bargain as a collective unit if and when an oil and gas company wants to lease mineral rights from us. There will need to be another committee appointed to work on this project when the time comes. In attendance at this meeting was Mr. Ken Jones, who graciously volunteered his appointment to the committee. More to come on this topic in the near future.
